From time to time we will send out a newsletter or an email announcing new products. At any point where we request your email address, you will always be given the option to decline future communications from us.
Returns
We choose our products carefully and stand behind them with a money back guarantee. Unless otherwise stated, you may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase date for a refund or exchange, less the shipping charges. All shipping costs incurred in the return or exchange of items are the buyers responsibility unless the return is due to an error by Biz Books. Please contact us prior to sending anything back for a return or exchange. Items sent back to us without prior notice may be returned to sender.
Please note: Returned items purchased with a free shipping offer will have the actual shipping costs deducted from the refund.
